Position Summary Corewell Health offers up to $10,000 as a sign‑on bonus for this opportunity. The role is Surgical Technologist II at Royal Oak Hospital. Responsibilities The Surgical Technologist II will be responsible for maintaining and preparing the surgical suite, intraoperative handling of instruments, maintaining the sterile field, evaluating changing conditions during surgeries, and making appropriate responses as needed. They will also maintain knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols, and may serve as a preceptor as needed. Qualifications High school diploma required Associate degree or equivalent required Completion of an accredited School of Surgical Technology or equivalent training program (military, etc.) At least 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience (clinical rotations count as experience) Preferred: AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire Benefits Comprehensive benefits package to meet financial, health, and work/life balance goals.
