Dishwasher – The Fort Bar & Grill We are looking for an energetic Dishwasher seeking a great opportunity. Dishwasher Position Summary: Dishwashers are responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements. The ideal candidate will have a very strong work ethic. Responsibilities Keep the dish pit organized. Assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean. Maintain pace of work to help turn tables. Strong work ethic required. Operate the dishwasher, look out for and report repair needs, wash glassware by hand when necessary. Empty and clean trash and recycling bins. Rotate dishes. Clean dish storage. Assist kitchen staff as needed. Requirements Strong work ethic is key to success. Professional appearance, positive attitude. Work well in a team environment. Dependable, reliable means of transportation. Reliable and flexible with work schedule – weekends and holidays. Able to take direction; needs multi‑tasking and organizational skills. Ability to stand, bend, reach and walk for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
