Peak Health and Performance is growing and hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic role in Colorado Springs, Colorado. New graduate PTs are welcome to apply.

About the Role

You will work with a highly motivated caseload of active individuals including high school athletes, tactical professionals, weekend warriors, and active adults focused on staying at peak performance without pain. All patient care is one-on-one in 60-minute sessions, with a minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week. Advanced diagnostic tools including biometrics, neuromuscular assessments, and TECAR therapy are available to support clinical precision and individualized treatment planning. The ideal candidate brings a strong team mindset, a genuine passion for personalized care, and a drive to deliver outcomes that standard clinics simply cannot match.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday. A schedule of four or five days per week is available, with full flexibility based on the preference of the candidate hired. Weekend and holiday hours are not required but are available for those who are interested.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $81,000 to $103,000 per year. The benefits package includes up to $5,000 annually in student loan reimbursement, 50% medical premium reimbursement of up to $300 per month, a Simple IRA with a 3% company match, generous paid time off, a biennial continuing education allowance of $1,000, and license renewal reimbursement.

Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible for Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Some prior outpatient experience is preferred but not required. New graduate PTs are welcome and will be fully supported and mentored. Full-time is defined as a minimum of 32 hours per week.
