About the Role
The Company is seeking a Product Development Leader to play a pivotal role in aligning the organization's product strategy with its enterprise goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both curriculum and application development, managing large teams, and driving product and service roadmaps. This role is essential for the continuous improvement of products that support the academic development of students and meet the needs of educators and families. The Product Development Leader will be at the forefront of integrating new decision-making frameworks, executing improvement opportunities, and ensuring the readiness of new applications to enhance the value of the organization's programming. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive product management experience, with a proven track record in driving products from strategy to market delivery. A deep understanding of the K-12 educational landscape, including pedagogical trends and instructional design, is crucial. The role requires proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Human-Centered Design frameworks, as well as the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at strategic prioritization, resource alignment, and have a strong background in coaching and mentoring to foster a high-performance, mission-driven culture. Experience in partnering with Go-to-Market stakeholders and a focus on evidence-based insights for product development are also key competencies.
