• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm; call every 4th week, Mon 8 am - Mon 8 am
• 6 - 12 vascular access procedures per day
• 30 outpatient visits per day plus hospital rounding
• Hospital census of 15 - 25 patients when on call
• Outpatient surgery center setting
• Call is mostly phone-managed -- light call burden
• Interventional nephrologist -- 70/30 interventional vs. general split
• Fistulagrams, angioplasty, and catheter placement required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly

• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
