Home2 Suites by Hilton Taylor is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Laundry Attendant & Housekeeping Associate to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests. This dual-role position supports both the housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure guest rooms, public areas, linens, and hotel facilities meet Hilton brand standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Housekeeping Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management
• Ensure carts and storage areas remain organized and stocked
• Respond professionally to guest requests and inquiries
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Laundry Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels
• Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor linen inventory and notify supervisors of shortages
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry room and equipment
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear
• Assist with delivering clean linens to housekeeping areas

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule & Employment Type

• Full-Time Position
• Morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required

Work Environment
