Job Responsibilities

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs to create bespoke therapy strategies aimed at achieving their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Employ evidence-supported methods to improve motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday activities.
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in unison with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff for holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques that empower progress at home.
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment plans to ensure patients are on the right track to recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and certifications encouraged and supported

Licensure

• Possess an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
