As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the front-line support for our products and services, ensuring that our customers' needs are met with efficiency and courtesy. Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Respond effectively to customer complaints, issuing refunds or adjustments as needed.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers accurately and based on company protocols.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help implement improvements company-wide.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Stay updated on product information and company policies to handle customer questions and issues effectively.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
• Handle changes in policies or renewals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a courteous manner at all times.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to the non-remote nature of the job.
• Ability to address and escalate customer needs effectively.
• Attention to detail and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
