12-Hour Day & Night Shifts: Days: 7AM 7PM | 7PM 7AM (Continental rotating 2-2-3 schedule for built-in work/life balance)

What You'll Do as a Sit-Down Forklift Operator:

Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and proper handling
Supply production lines with materials to keep operations running smoothly
Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Track inventory movements using basic documentation or scanning systems
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Skills and Experience

Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work a rotating 12-hour continental schedule (including weekends)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Reliable attendance and a team-first mindset
Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking and documentation
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed throughout your shift
