We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Assistants to join our opening team. Your focus will be to provide an excellent guest experience by welcoming travelers, assisting with sleep suite reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guests have a comfortable, relaxing stay. Key Responsibilities: Greet travelers and provide an excellent customer experience Assist guests with sleep suite reservations, check-in, and check-out Explain suite options, rates, availability, services, and policies Efficiently process customer transactions and payments Manage reservations and monitor suite availability Answer guest questions and assist throughout their stay Coordinate suite turnover and ensure suites are prepared for incoming guests Restock linens, amenities, and other guest supplies as needed Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment Respond professionally to guest concerns and elevate issues when appropriate Follow all Be Relax and DTW airport safety and security procedures Be willing to perform additional duties as required Requirements: Passion for hospitality, travel, wellness and customer service Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, front desk, airport lounge, or retail experience preferred Enthusiasm for engaging with guests and providing exceptional service Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced airport environment Comfortable learning reservation, point-of-sale, and other computer systems Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to successfully meet applicable DTW airport badging and security requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings,overnights, weekends, and holidays Benefits Competitive Hourly Pay, Commission, and Tips Paid Vacation and Sick Time Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401(k) Program Employee discounts on Be Relax services and retail products Pay: $17 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
