Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in restaurant management or a similar leadership role, with a history of delivering excellent guest service, building strong teams, and nurturing employee growth.
• Financial Acumen: Experience with financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance metrics to assess productivity and achieve targets.
• Team Development: A commitment to continuous learning, effective coaching, and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and detail while managing time and priorities efficiently.
• Effective Communication: Excellent skills in communicating with both guests and team members.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfort with standard desktop software programs.
• Additional Desirable Skills: Experience in managing inventory, scheduling, spreadsheets, labor management, and understanding profit & loss statements.
• Results-Driven: Consistently focused on boosting profitability and driving sales growth.

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):

• Flexible Schedule: Ability to work various hours, including days, nights, weekends
• Endurance: Capable of handling up to a 10-hour shift with extended periods of standing or walking.
• Strength: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds during the workday.
• Mobility: Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.
