About the Role:
Join A PERFECT FIT ABA LLC as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Augusta, GA! This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges while being part of a supportive and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Provide training and support to families and staff on behavior management techniques.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards.
Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Current Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
Experience working with children and families in a clinical or educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for improving the quality of life for clients through evidence-based practices.
