Clinical Liaison-(PRN and Full-Time Shifts)

Role Overview The Clinical Liaison is responsible for evaluating patients and determining if s/he meets admissions criteria. Prepares development plans, conducts calls, and presents to potential referral sources. This position must integrate company values into daily practice. Responsibilities Conduct proper pre‑admission patient evaluations in a timely manner. Maintain assigned sales territory. Develop, implement, evaluate, and refine territory sales plans based on data, trends, market needs, and facility needs. Coordinate specific marketing and public relations activities such as conferences, exhibits, seminars/in‑services, advertising, media relations, government relations, etc. as assigned. Effectively track sales activity, maintain client profiles, and ensure compliance with company standards. Participate in program development initiatives as assigned. Provide an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and staff. Assess the risks for safety and implement appropriate precautions. Comply with appropriate and approved safety and infection prevention standards. Maintain regular attendance in keeping with assigned work schedule. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of the organization. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience; healthcare sales experience preferred. Clinical licensure required (RN, RT, LVN, PT, OT, SLP preferred). Valid driving record, current driver’s license, and insurability. Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures. Understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, and other factors impacting overall hospital operations. Highest degree of customer service and professionalism. General computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management. Effective organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and complete complex tasks. Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection prevention standards. Ability to work independently. Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality. Ability to work closely and professionally with others at all levels of the organization.
