Position Overview

We are actively seeking Georgia-certified EMT-B professionals to join our growing operations team. This role focuses on non-emergency medical transport (BLS) for patients requiring stretcher or wheelchair assistance to and from medical facilities. If you're an EMT who prefers scheduled transports, consistent routes, patient interaction, and work-life balancethis role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non-emergency BLS ambulance or medical transport vehicle.
• Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and safe patient handling.
• Assist patients with stretcher transfers, wheelchair loading, and securement.
• Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) care in accordance with Georgia protocols.
• Administer oxygen therapy and basic first aid as required.
• Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, facilities, and dispatch.
• Accurately complete ePCR documentation and transport records.
• Maintain vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and medical supply inventory.
• Follow all Georgia EMS regulations, HIPAA standards, and Allyant EMS SOPs.

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia EMT-B Certification.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License with clean driving record.
• CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred).
• Ability to lift, move, and transport patients using stretchers.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and patient-care skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in NEMT, dialysis transport, or interfacility transfers.
• Prior stretcher transport or ambulance experience.
• Familiarity with ePCR systems.
