Financial Planner

Position Title: Financial Planner Salary: $90,000–$125,000 / Year, DOE + Annual Bonus We are seeking a Financial Planner to join our close-knit team and help serve a growing client base with over $1.2 billion in assets under management. This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside experienced advisors, build trusted client relationships, and develop into a lead financial planner over time. During your first several months, you\'ll gain hands-on experience supporting both financial planning and firm operations before gradually transitioning into a larger client-facing advisory role. This role is ideal for a motivated financial professional with a strong passion for investing, financial planning, and long-term relationship management who wants to grow their career with a highly successful independent Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm. Responsibilities Assist senior advisors with developing comprehensive financial plans for clients Participate in client meetings and gradually build relationships with existing clients Provide investment recommendations and financial planning support Open new investment accounts and assist with account administration Support operational and administrative functions as needed during onboarding and training Collaborate with advisors on client service initiatives and planning strategies Participate in client team meetings and become an integral part of ongoing client relationships Requirements Bachelor\'s degree required 3+ years of financial planning or wealth management experience Strong passion for financial markets, investing, and company research Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment after training Candidates currently working toward CFP certification (completed Level I or II) will also be considered Benefits 401(k) with company match after one year & Annual bonus Flexible hybrid work environment with approximately 90% remote work Employer-sponsored healthcare with flexible contribution options Flexible PTO policy, including vacation and sick time that increases with tenure If you\'re passionate about financial planning, enjoy building lasting client relationships, and want to grow with a successful independent wealth management firm, we\'d love to hear from you.
