Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People. Summary We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team in Irvine, CA. As an associate you will work closely with our talented Trial Attorneys, providing support before, during and after trials. This is an opportunity to learn and develop litigation skills alongside world‑class trial attorneys. You will learn and execute the playbook, becoming a polished and well‑rounded litigator. Responsibilities Provide legal support to clients and trial attorneys. Maintain client relationships. Help prepare demands and work with cases pre‑suit. Prepare legal reports and documents. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers. Qualifications Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association. 1+ years of Litigation experience (PI preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interest in Personal Injury Law. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 USD.
