Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with our organization, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing telehealth therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • \n
  • Conducting assessments and developing customized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • \n
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions that promote peer support and engagement, with a maximum of 8 clients per group.
  • \n
  • Tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, while maintaining detailed, secure records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with fellow clinicians in case discussions to enhance care strategies and professional skill development.
  • \n
  • Staying informed about the latest research in mental health treatment and utilizing new methodologies in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly support adolescents and young adults who face various mental health issues. These clients often experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, requiring compassionate, tailored interventions that foster resilience and recovery. You will have the opportunity to build authentic relationships that empower clients toward sustainable healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • \n
  • Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
  • \n
  • Availability to provide between 12 and 40 hours of service per week, depending on whether you choose a contract (1099) or W2 employment status.
  • \n
  • For W2 roles, candidates must be prepared for full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

  • Previous experience in telehealth or remote service provision is strongly preferred.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated abilities in engaging young clients and adapting therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs.
  • \n
  • Experience in group therapy facilitation and client relationship building.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your annual salary will range between USD 115,000 and 130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer our clinicians:
