Temp - Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient (Days) Berlin NH

This position will be between 2 facilities - Androscoggin Valley Hospital (AVH) & Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital (UCVH) . Please see below for schedule. Traveler MUST have their own transportation.

AVH - 24 hours per week

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

8:00am - 4:30pm

Outpatients

UCVH - 16 hours per week

Tuesday, Thursday

8:00am - 4:30pm

Outpatients and Inpatients

** HOUSING NOTE ** Housing can be challenging. Please have your Traveler look into housing options PRIOR to being submitted. The town of Errol is located between these facilities and is recommended for options.

Experience Needed :
OUTPATIENT : Must have experience with the elbow, wrist and hand. Must be able to evaluate and treat shoulders (pain, rotator cuff injuries, post-surgical, etc.), be proficient in the use of physical agent modalities and it would be great if Traveler is able to fabricate custom splints and fit patients with prefabricated splints in the outpatient settings. Should confidently be able to take an outpatient caseload independently .

INPATIENT : Coverage for critical access swing & Med Surg coverage, 12 bed hospital.

• 2 years current Occupational Therapy experience [REQUIRED]
• NO NEW GRADS
• Outpatient experience [REQUIRED]
• Inpatient experience [REQUIRED]
