What You’ll Do Engage with prospective buyers to conduct interviews and make compelling sales presentations. Market your community to Realtors, prospects, and area businesses using multiple methods, including personal visits to locations outside the community. <> Provide tours of communities and available properties, highlighting unique features and amenities. Manage contract processes, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time. Facilitate communication between clients, mortgage companies, and title companies to ensure a smooth closing process. Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors and other industry professionals. Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitors' offerings. Manage inventory homes, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for buyer walk-throughs. What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of the Florida real estate market is a plus.
