Are you dependable? Do you have a great attitude? Good communication skills? Are you detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and take pride in your work? If so, you might be the perfect quick‑service restaurant lead. What We Need From You As a Shift Manager, you will oversee shift positions and duties, manage food quality, safety and cost, handle cash transactions, ensure accurate recording, and maintain customer satisfaction. You should bring enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and the ability to resolve complaints.
