Job Overview OTR Class A Driver – Company Driver – Urgently Hiring! (Job at D A Cummings Enterprises, Charlotte, NC). We are looking for an experienced dedicated truck driver to deliver goods across the US in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities Deliver goods across the US (OTR) ensuring safe and timely operations. Plan and coordinate routes with the dispatch team. Secure loads using chains, strapping, and, when necessary, tarps. Maintain truck and trailer conditions. Work with dispatch and plan routes each time you are on the road. Adhere to all ELD regulations. Qualifications Active CDL Class A driver’s license and medical certification. Must pass DOT drug test. 2+ years’ experience driving. Clean driving record. Good work history. Follow all ELD regulations. Work Schedule On‑tender across the US with flexible home time. Work is coordinated with dispatch to plan routes each time you are on the road. Compensation Pay starts at 22.5% up to 30% of the gross earnings, based on experience. Weekly pay by direct deposit as a W2 employee. Truck & Trailer Information 53" step‑deck trailers in great condition. Drivers may be required to secure loads with chains, strapping and occasionally tarping.
