This role owns the models, forecasts, and analysis that tell leadership what's actually happening in the pipeline — not what people hope is happening. The Analyst translates raw CRM and financial data into forecasts, commission calculations, and account insights that hold up under scrutiny, whether that scrutiny comes from a Sales Director or the Board.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesForecasting & Modeling Builds and maintains pipeline forecast models used for GTM planning, updating assumptions as pipeline composition and conversion trends shiftModels commission and incentive payouts against plan structures, flagging discrepancies before payroll cyclesDevelops ad-hoc analytical models to answer specific questions from Sales and RevOps leadership on short noticeReporting & Analysis Builds and maintains dashboards and reports tracking pipeline health, funnel conversion, forecast accuracy, and account segmentationValidates data integrity for recurring operational reporting (MBR, QBR, Board) under tight deadlinesAnalyzes historical trends to identify leading indicators of pipeline risk or opportunity, and packages findings into clear recommendationsBuild & monitor reports for initiatives or tests, so leadership can make data backed decisionsData & Systems Maintains account/contact database hygiene and data quality standards across the sales tech stackPartners with the Revenue Operations Manager to review and refine the account scoring algorithm and methodologySupports Salesforce reporting infrastructure, building and troubleshooting reports and dashboards as neededGeneral Uses AI tools (including Claude) to accelerate modeling, analysis, and reporting workflowsAdheres to all confidentiality, compliance, and company standardsPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum Education & Work Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (Preferred)2+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A, or similar)Advanced spreadsheet skills required (Excel/Google Sheets); working knowledge of SQL preferredSalesforce reporting proficiency requiredKey Skills and Qualifications:Strong quantitative, analytical, and modeling skills, with genuine comfort in spreadsheets and dataAbility to independently determine what to analyze and how, and to defend the methodology behind a numberAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight for non-technical stakeholdersPassionate about data integrity and allergic to a model that doesn't reconcileOutstanding time management, with the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven deliverables simultaneouslySelf-starting attitude with a quick-learner mentalityPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Regularly required to sit at a desk in front of a computer and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls (including a computer keyboard and operating a telephone), lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.Frequently requires the use of hands and arms for reaching, as well as the ability to walk and communicate effectively through speaking and listening.Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.Type on a computer keyboard and look at a computer monitor, and operate a cell phone or a computer-based phone
