Job Description Seeking full-time Pediatrician to join a thriving private pediatrics practice in Athens, Alabama. Overview: - Private practice opened in 2020 - Clinical staff: 2 Pediatricians, 3 NPs, 5 MAs - Outpatient clinic w/ no call and no rounding - Flexible schedule options - Guaranteed salary incentives - Patients Per Day: 20-25 Primary Responsibilities: Provide direct urgent and primary patient care to patients ages birth to adolescence. Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury Provide oversight of delivery of medical care at the assigned clinic with the support of Advanced Practice Nursing staff Serve as a mentor and manage the resolution of practice related problems at assigned pediatric clinic Provides professional oversight and collaboration for any Advanced Practice Nurses employed at clinical location of practice Serve in rotation for hospital call.
