Qualifications Licensed in the State of California. Strong field and office experience in land surveying is required, with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to build client relationships and generate new business opportunities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to adapt and grow within the company. Experience in leading and building successful teams. Self-driven with the ability to work independently. Benefits Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 annually. Conduct detailed research at the town, county, and state levels to ensure project success. Review and assess surveys, field notes, maps, aerial imagery, and other materials to identify project constraints and recommend the most efficient approach to stay on schedule and within budget. Calculate quantities and volumes, ensuring accurate data and effective communication with crew chiefs and the operations team.
