About the Position

Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist Profession: Cath Lab Technologist Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours with 1 hour lunch Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Client License as an X-ray Technologist Certifications: - Certification to inject per the requirements of section 89.40 of part 89 - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification - American Registry Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) - BLS Certification (American Heart Association) - ACLS Certification (American Heart Association) - Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology - Cardiovascular credentialing (CCI) (ARRT) or (RCIS) Must-Have: - Two years experience as a Cardiac Cath Technologist or X-ray Technologist - At least one year experience working in an Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Catheterization Suite Description: This position involves 5 shifts of 8 hours each with a 1-hour lunch. Total of 35 guaranteed hours per week. Weekend on-call requirements may apply. Holiday on-call only requirements are expected. Rotating on-call duties are part of the role. Charting system used is Allscripts. No nurse aids are present on this unit.
