Remote Sales Advisor

Due to expansion, they are looking for remote/WFH Sales Advisors to join their team outside of London. What You Will Be Doing Making outbound calls to potential customers and building strong rapport Understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and services Confidently handling objections and guiding customers through the sales process Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintaining excellent customer service while delivering a consultative sales approach Managing a high volume of calls in a fast-paced, target-driven environment What You Will Need to Succeed A minimum of 12 months' recent, continuous, experience in a target-driven sales role within the last 3 years Experience in telesales, telemarketing, contact centre sales, or a similar outbound sales environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills A resilient, positive, and self-motivated approach The drive to achieve and exceed sales targets Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Average annual bonus earnings of £6,200 - £8,000 Fully remote working across the UK, outside of London 33 days annual leave, plus the option to purchase an additional 5 days Two weeks of comprehensive paid training Ongoing coaching, support, and career development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Brook Street
