What You'll Do:

• Assess and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders, wound care needs, and mobility impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, wound care, and use of supportive devices.
• Monitor patient progress, document sessions, and modify treatments to maximize recovery.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation strategies and prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Support and supervise rehabilitation aides and students as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in facility meetings, trainings, and continuing education.

What You Need:

• Missouri Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
• 1+ year of outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
