What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care for high-acuity patients in a large-level NICU
• Collaborate with a team of experienced physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Assist in managing complex neonatal conditions and emergencies
• Participate in rotating shifts across three hospitals within a 20-30 minute radius
• Utilize state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology to support patient outcomes
• Contribute to a supportive environment focused on professional growth and development
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification (no FNP or PNP)
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience in a high-acuity setting
• Current active license in Florida or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care and emergency response

Preferred:

• Experience in large Level III/IV NICU settings
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to rotating schedules
