Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated experience with restorative programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred.
