• Base Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 (based on experience & productivity)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Degree: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• License: Eligible for New York State medical license
• DEA: Required or eligible
• Experience: Open (new graduates and experienced physicians considered)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and families
• Promote preventive care and wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
