•Base Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 (based on experience & productivity)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Degree: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
•Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
•License: Eligible for New York State medical license
•DEA: Required or eligible
•Experience: Open (new graduates and experienced physicians considered)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
•Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
•Develop long-term relationships with patients and families
•Promote preventive care and wellness initiatives
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
