Painter – Manufacturing Environment (B Shift)

We are seeking experienced painters to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using spray guns in a manufacturing or industrial setting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule: Primary Shift (B Shift): Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Candidates must also be flexible to work: A Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Starting pay: $19.00 per hour

Pay increases to $20.50–$24.00 per hour based on performance and upon hire-in

Responsibilities

Operate spray guns to apply paint and coatings to manufactured parts/products
Prepare surfaces and materials for painting
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain painting equipment and work area
Follow all safety and production procedures

Qualifications

Previous experience using spray guns in a manufacturing environment required
Ability to work efficiently in a production setting
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work either shift as needed
