We are seeking a motivated and compassionate  Physical Therapist (PT)or  Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)to join our growing team. Position Summary

The Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant will work closely with patients to evaluate, treat, and educate individuals with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, post-surgical, and other musculoskeletal conditions. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality care while helping patients achieve their functional goals.

Responsibilities

Physical Therapist (PT)

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Establish functional goals and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff as appropriate.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and other skilled interventions within scope of practice.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and timely.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and wellness strategies.
• Maintain a positive and professional patient experience.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Utah Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Physical Therapist Assistant

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Utah PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
• Manual therapy training and experience.
• Interest in wellness, injury prevention, and community education.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
