Position Summary Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback. Tour‑To‑Teach communication, collaboration with all levels of associates regarding store operations utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising and company direction. Introduces and leads company change efforts, provides clear expectations, guides implementation of business solutions, and communicates objectives to teams. Key Responsibilities Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards for store associates following the One Best Way (OBW) service model. Manages and supports customer service initiatives, resolves complaints and issues, develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies, and drives process improvement. Drives financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses. Supports effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow and operational processes. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognition. Builds accountability, measures progress, identifies improvement opportunities, adapts to change and promotes continuous learning. Ensures compliance with company policies, supports company mission, values, and ethics, and promotes a culture of belonging. Builds high‑performing teams, embraces differences, maintains and promotes integrity, and delivers results while putting the customer first. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college; or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearms facilities: successful completion of firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For ammunition facilities: current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility (if applicable). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (Live Better U, Bellevue University). Supervision experience with 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing. Benefits Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage. Salary range for this position is $65,000.00 – $100,000.00, with additional performance bonuses.
