Occupational Therapist

Seasons Therapy , a leading multidisciplinary state of the art pediatric clinic in Hinsdale, IL, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our vibrant and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to pediatric clients, focusing on developmental milestones and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes for patients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate functional improvements in children.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
• Continuously assess and modify treatment plans to meet the evolving needs of pediatric patients.
• Must have a degree or a certificate in Occupational Therapy from a school approved by AOTA.
• Must be licensed or license eligible as defined by the Illinois Occupational Therapy Act.
• EI/CFC certified or eligible.
• NBOTC certified
• Maintain a current CPR certificate.

Job Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a degree or a certificate in Occupational Therapy from a school approved by AOTA.
• Must have 2-5 years of experience working as an OTR/L
• Must be licensed or license eligible as defined by the Illinois Occupational Therapy Act.
• EI/CFC certified or eligible.
• NBOTC certified
• Maintain a current CPR certificate.
• Strong background in pediatrics preferred with at least 1-2 years of experience.
• Able to establish strong connections with students and families
• Able to work collaboratively with others
• Able to synthesize data to help inform decisions
• Knowledge of social/emotional needs of the student body
