This position is specific to our Bullhead City Office.  If you do not live in Lake Havasu City, travel will be required.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available!

Receive up to $5,000, paid in installments at hire, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
( Journeyman technicians with 5+ years of experience qualify for the full bonus. Reduced bonus may apply for less experience. )

What You’ll Do (The Big Picture)

As a key member of our team, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You won’t just fix problems—you’ll help customers make confident, informed decisions about their home comfort.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and installation teams
• Keep your company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Accurately complete service documentation
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Attend ongoing training to sharpen your skills and advance your career
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
