Jack Flash is a family-owned company that has proudly served communities throughout Illinois and Missouri since 1986. What began as a single convenience store has grown into a network of 18 locations including convenience stores truck stops liquor stores and car washes.

What Youll Do
As a Customer Service Associate youll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer who visits our store. No two days are exactly alike and youll stay busy throughout your shift with a variety of responsibilities.
Your duties may include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly attitude
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
- Answering customer questions and providing excellent service
- Stocking merchandise and keeping shelves organized
- Preparing fresh coffee and maintaining beverage stations
- Cleaning and maintaining a safe organized store
- Assisting with other daily tasks as needed

Qualifications
Were looking for someone who is:
- Friendly dependable and customer-focused
- Honest and trustworthy
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a register
- Able to perform basic math calculations
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- High school graduate or equivalent (preferred)
