Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRN Medicare Home Health Field NurseLocation: Miami, FLSalary: $85,000–$90,000 annuallyEmployment: Full-TimeBenefits: Full Benefits Package + Paid Time Off (PTO)Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Medicare Home Health Field Nurse to join a growing healthcare organization serving patients throughout the Miami area.This is a full-time field-based position providing skilled nursing care to primarily geriatric patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have previous Medicare-certified home health experience and be comfortable completing OASIS assessments, developing plans of care, documenting patient progress, and coordinating care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled nursing care to Medicare home health patients in their homesPerform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluationsComplete OASIS documentation accurately and within required timeframesConduct Start of Care (SOC), Recertification, Resumption of Care (ROC), and Discharge visits as assignedDevelop and update individualized plans of careMonitor patients' conditions and communicate significant changes to physicians and the clinical teamProvide medication management, wound care, disease management, and patient/family educationCoordinate care with physicians, therapists, home health aides, and other members of the interdisciplinary teamMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationEnsure care is delivered in accordance with Medicare guidelines, agency policies, and professional nursing standardsQualificationsCurrent and unrestricted Florida RN licensePrior Medicare Home Health experience strongly preferredOASIS experience preferredExperience working with geriatric patientsStrong clinical assessment and documentation skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to independently manage a field-based patient caseloadValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the assigned Miami territoryCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $85,000–$90,000, depending on experience.We offer a competitive compensation package including full benefits and paid time off (PTO).This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys working independently, building relationships with patients and families, and providing high-quality care in the home setting.Apply today for immediate consideration.EOE:\nCompany DescriptionRecruiting agency representing health care organizations, law firms, financial institutions, and so much more.
