Founded in 1922, we have grown to become one of the more well known Multi-Family builders in the Oakland area. We specialize in Multi-Family Housing, but also work in Hospitals, school, & other various projects in the area. As we continue to gain business for work now and in the future, we are in need of adding an experienced Superintendent with Multi-Family experience.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage project & team members on site
- Establish & maintain positive relationships with team members
- Responsible for project schedule
- Supervise & coordinate subcontractors
- Perform daily duties & jobsite walks

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience
- 5+ years of Multi-Family Project Experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong Leadership skills
