Total Care 2 U is a fast-growing home-based primary care practice serving seniors in their homes using evidence-based medicine. We are looking for an 8th Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help service North East Houston including Kingwood, Porter, Humble, and surrounding areas.

Highlights

Hybrid schedule with biweekly rotation
Alternating weekly structure:
- Week A: 2 in-home days, 3 telemedicine days
- Week B: 3 in-home days, 2 telemedicine days
Focus on elderly and medically complex patients
