Land Acquisition Manager – Minneapolis, MN I’m working with a well-established homebuilder that is looking to add a Land Acquisition Manager to their Minneapolis team. The role will focus on sourcing and acquiring new residential land opportunities , managing the acquisition process from initial site identification through closing, and building relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and municipalities. Minneapolis-based opportunity Focus on land acquisition and residential development Identify and evaluate new land opportunities Lead negotiations, due diligence, and contract execution Work closely with development, finance, and operations teams Strong opportunity for growth within an established builder Competitive base salary + bonus and full benefits Ideal background would be someone with residential land acquisition experience who understands the Minneapolis market and has a strong network of local landowners and developers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Metric Geo
