Freeman Recovery Center is here for those struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. We now have 50+ properties where we can help up to 300+ clients at one time. Freeman Recovery Center, LLC Registered Nurse (RN) Job Purpose: Supports staff in the provision of patient care, including recording vital signs, discussing chief health concerns, performing tests, administering injections, and assisting with procedures and documentation. Primary Responsibilities: Measure and record patient’s vital signs, i.e.; blood pressure, pulse, etc. Discusses with patients any chief health concerns and records them. Performs any tests (if required for patient care). Administers injections (if required for patient care). Keeps medical records current. Provides wound care (if required for patient care). Prepares and/or administers (if needed) and records prescribed medication. Administers and or supervises the administration of prescribed medications after ordered by Medical Director Obtains orders from medical provider(s) for all medication administration; oral, IM, SL, SQ Records any adverse reaction to medication, reports to supervisor, and notes in EMR. Assists in relevant health teaching to patient, if needed. Keeps electronic medical record (EMR) current. Records all care information concisely, accurately, and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format, on all appropriate forms. Reviews and signs off on patient charts. Performs other position-related duties as assigned. Completes required training as directed by Freeman Recovery Center, LLC. Follows Freeman Recovery Center, LLCand OSHA safety rules, policies, and procedures. Education and Experience, Degree and/or Certification required (if applicable): Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience required. Current license(s), in good standing with the State of Tennessee Licensing Board. CPR, First Aid/AED training required. Interpersonal/human relations skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to file and retrieve information in EMR. Ability to adhere to the established departmental policies and procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
