Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, direct nursing care in accordance with established protocols
Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support recovery
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and allied healthcare providers to implement individualized care plans
Educate and support patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate, timely medical records and documentation
Respond promptly and effectively in emergency or acute care situations

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
ACLS preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
