Job Title: Slide Tester Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Slide Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of emergency evacuation slides. This role is crucial in maintaining safety standards in the aerospace industry.

• Test emergency evacuation slides to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform physical activities including standing, bending, and kneeling for up to 90% of the workday.
• Engage in production, general labor, and assembly tasks related to slide testing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

• Ability to perform physical labor involving standing, bending, and kneeling.
• Background in production, general labor, or assembly is advantageous.
• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.

Work in a manufacturing environment where 100% of the time is spent on the production floor. The facility has moderate noise levels and requires safety glasses. Be prepared for temperature variations, as the space is swamp-cooled in the summer and can be cold in the winter. The shift begins at 6:00 AM, with a required report time of 5:30 AM.

This is a Contract position based out of PHOENIX, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
