Bartender - Job Description At Black Rock Bar & Grill, the bar is the heartbeat of the restaurant. What You Bring to the Table
- Fullservice hospitality skills - You provide attentive, personalized service to bar Guests from start to finish.
- Bartending experience - Minimum 6 months of recent bartending experience; you're confident behind the bar.
- Craftsmanship - You mix, shake, pour, and garnish with consistency and care.
- Guest connection - Friendly, enthusiastic, and able to build quick rapport with Guests.
- Menu knowledge - You learn our cocktails, wines, beers, and food menu to guide Guests confidently.
- Teamfirst attitude - You support servers, help manage bar tickets, and maintain strong communication.
