Medical Benefits PPO, HDHP, and HMO (CA-only) through UMR as well as HSA (including employer contribution) and FSA options through Igoe. Low deductible. All plans include prescription drug coverage. Dental plan with MetLife. Covers preventive services (cleanings, x-rays), basic services (fillings, root canals), major services (crowns, implants), and orthodontia for both adults and children. Vision plan with VSP. Provides coverage for exams (also covered under medical), frame, lenses and contact lenses. 401(k) plan administered by Renasant Bank. 50% match, up to 5% of employee contribution and company maximum. All active employees are eligible. Employee Stock Option Benefits Upon joining Harrow, every employee is given stock options that vest over time.
