As a part-time Physical Therapist, you will work 1.5 days per week, with eight-hour days, providing expert care to a manageable caseload of 15-20 students across several schools, primarily located in southern St. Johns County. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through December 18, 2026.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to work independently—supervision of a PTA is not available in this role
• Strong time management and organization for service across multiple school sites
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students, tailoring interventions to individual educational needs and IEP requirements
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support staff to create effective and supportive learning environments
• Accurately document progress and maintain timely communication with all stakeholders
• Consult and provide recommendations for modifications, strategies, and adaptive equipment in the school environment
