CancerFightingLawnCare LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our landscaping crew in a temporary, temp-to-hire position. This position offers the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, reliability, work ethic, and company needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns and landscaped areas
• Operate commercial lawn mowers, weed trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
• Trim bushes and shrubs as needed
• Perform weed removal and general property maintenance
• Remove leaves, branches, trash, and other debris from properties
• Load and unload landscaping equipment, tools, and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Work efficiently as part of a landscaping crew
• Properly care for company tools and equipment
• Report equipment issues, property damage, or other concerns to the supervisor
• Perform other landscaping and grounds-maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Must be able to perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull landscaping equipment and materials
• Must be able to follow instructions and work well with a team
• Landscaping or grounds-maintenance experience is required
• Driver’s license is NOT required but is a plus
• Reliable transportation to the designated meeting/work location is preferred
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
