Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant Location: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. Your key responsibilities include: Implement occupational therapy programs and activities tailored to individual patient needs. Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments. Assess patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to provide coordinated care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
