Regional Sales Manager (K-12)

As a Regional Sales Manager (K-12), you will develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of HVAC products and services in large school systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in growing sales with existing or prospective customers in regional school systems.
• Build relationships with schools at various levels including maintenance and operations and school boards where necessary.
• Work with Lennox Commercial and Residential Sales Districts to coordinate and execute the sale.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 plus years related experience.
• Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Effective at written and verbal communication.
• Intermediate industry and product knowledge.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.

What We Offer:

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $105,600 - $138,600 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Under the plan, target compensation is anticipated to be 80% base salary and 20% commission. New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the target commission for six months. The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure based on performance exceeding 100% of the plan across three individual categories. The bonus amount increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over-quota achievements increase.
