As a Sales Team Lead (Full-time) - North Lewis Road, Royersford, you will perform the following duties: Customer Support: Assist customers with locating products, resolving concerns, and maintaining friendly interactions Inventory Checks: Take daily spot counts, verify stock accuracy, and update electronic inventory records Store Procedures: Ensure smooth opening and closing processes, confirm readiness for business hours, and secure store assets Cash Handling: Count money, control access to the safe, prepare deposit slips, and maintain accurate cash records Merchandising Tasks: Lead stocking efforts, build displays, and ensure safe use of store equipment Licensee Orders: Process phone orders, coordinate clerks pulling inventory, and prepare merchandise for pickup If you are someone who has the passion for helping customers, then come grow your career with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board! QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (commonwealth titles); or Six months of retail sales work. You must be able to perform essential job functions. Legal Requirements: You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
